Delivery Information

Standard Delivery (South Africa)

• Orders are delivered via a third-party courier service.
• We offer free delivery on all orders over R5000.00.
• A delivery fee will apply to orders under R5000.00 and will be calculated at checkout.
• Orders are delivered within 5–15 working days after placement, to major city centres nationwide.

International Orders

The buyer must arrange and coordinate shipping directly with their own freight forwarder or transport company for international orders. Nobles does not arrange shipping for international orders at this stage, as routes, regulations and service conditions differ by destination.

Upon checkout and order confirmation, our dispatch manager will be in contact with you to share the required information.

All customs forms must be completed and any applicable duties and taxes paid by the customer prior to the order being released.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional import duties, customs taxes, and fees as determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

By placing an international order, you agree to pay all applicable duties and taxes. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid charges, the parcel will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on potential charges before placing your order.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available at an additional charge. Simply select the “Gift Wrap” option at checkout.

Cancellations

Despite careful stock monitoring, there may be exceptional cases where a product you ordered is unavailable. Should this occur, the full purchase amount — including any shipping costs — will be refunded or credited to you. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for further information.
